Solvent Recycler for HPLC — More Information

Basic Information – Model 7206

Help Save the Environment! Something every lab that works with isocratic HPLC systems should have. This low cost, microprocessor controlled solvent recycler captures pure, clean solvent from your runs and returns it for future use. Save money by buying less solvent and also by disposing of less waste. Recycles up to 70% of your solvents.

How does it work? Place the recycler downstream from your detector and the signal for peaks are sent to the recycler. When a peak is passing through the recycler, the built in valve sends it to waste. When the signal has returned to baseline, the valve sends the eluent to recycle. Simple and easy to save money.

Reliability: The model 7206 has been in updated and upgraded since its inception in 1993 to provide an extremely reliable and easy to use recycler. The model 7206 has a proven track record.

Special Valve Materials: Over the years, we have developed our unique combination of PEEK, PTFE and ETFE where these materials are superior choices over others. Many competitive models simply use PTFE in their recyclers but PTFE can is too soft for high pressure. All internal parts are made of chemically pure PTFE or PEEK to keep your solvents pure.

Small Footprint: Very small footprint is great when bench space is at a premium and cannot be given up.

Easy to Use and Maintain

Warranty: 12 months. Excludes moving parts such as the valve and damages due to improper handling such as stripping threads, improper solvent use etc.

Secondary Wash Unit: The model 7206 can be ordered with a wash unit accessory (auto clean). This is very convenient for HPLC systems or methods that are washed or flushed often. You can easily program the unit’s second valve to wash and as the flush solvent is eluting through the recycler, its valve automatically sends the solvent to waste. This unit is excellent for methods that use buffers.
